How it all started

I was born in Dorchester MA, spent about 7 years in Whitman and then moved to Quincy where my Dad still lives today.  After graduating from Archbishop Williams High School  I attended Fitchburg State College where I majored in Biology.  My chiropractic school, Life university, is in Marietta GA.

How I ended up here

While at FSC, I was approached by the athletic director to work in the sports medicine department.  By my second senior year, don’t ask :) , I knew that a career where I got to help people was exactly what I wanted to do.  I interned with two chiropractors for a semester and I was hooked.

As my education at Life University was ending I realized I needed to find a place to open my practice.  Having been from Massachusetts all my life, I knew that is where I wanted to go.  I remembered driving through this neat town called Concord and decided that this was the town for me and my family.

In 1998 I opened Harrington Family Chiropractic and never looked back.

Personal Life

In 1993 I got married to my wife Christy and we have 4 great kids, Brendan, Lauren, Danny and Ally.  If you ever come over my house and see two little mini ewoks running around barking, those would be Jack and Grace.

When I am not working you can usually find me at a hockey rink as I coach a couple of different teams.  Since 1999 I have been the head coach of the Concord Carlisle High Scool Boys Varsity team.  I also coach a national bound U16 team for the East Coast Wizards.

As you can see life is good and busy, just how I like it.  I try to let my life into my blogging as I think it makes it much more interesting.  Hopefully I will inform you, entertain you and maybe even make you laugh.

Thanks for reading…..Kevin
