What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a focused history, movement and spine assessment, and a plan based on what we find. If you’re a good fit, care typically starts with restoring mobility and reducing the stress load driving your symptoms. You’ll leave with clarity: what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what we’re going to do.

Do I need a referral?

No. In Massachusetts, you can typically see a chiropractor without a referral. If we identify something outside our scope, or that needs imaging or co-management, we’ll guide you appropriately.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Monday through Friday we will get you in within 24 hours. I know what it is like to be in pain and will do everything I can to see you within one day of you reaching out. 90% of the time it will be on the same day.

What should I wear?

We will take you any way we can get you, however wearing comfortable clothing you can move in helps a bit. Athletic wear is perfect. The goal is for us to evaluate movement and posture patterns without restriction.

Do you adjust everyone the same way?

Absolutely not. Adjustments and strategies are tailored to your findings, comfort level, and goals. Some people prefer gentle approaches; others do well with more traditional techniques. The method serves the outcome. Better motion begets better function.
